Hey, I'm Julie. Here's my story.

For as long as I can remember, helping people has been my passion. As for English, it was always one of my top subjects in school. Fast forward to my college days.  I discovered my knack for training while studying Human Resources Management. So, I united my passions - people, training and English; and my teaching career was born!  

I’ve always been a believer that if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life, and so I decided to keep on doing what I love.

After graduation, I was off to London, England to refine my skills, and become a certified English Language Instructor. From there, my global teaching adventure took off. 

Since 2010, I’ve lived and worked in China, Afghanistan, Brazil, Thailand, England, the UAE and of course my home country - Canada. I’ve helped thousands of adult English learners around the world gain the English skills they needed to improve their careers, their confidence and their lives.

In 2015 I settled in sunny Dubai, where I create online English courses and content to help learners around the world make their English awesome.
